For Part-Time Certificate AND award of achievement Programs

Request permission to be exempted from a course in your Computer, Media and Technology certificate or award of acheivement curriculum by completing the form below. Your request will be assessed on evidence of having learned the majority of course content through:

previous courses taken at UBC or elsewhere OR:
work/volunteer experience

Please refer to the program details of your certificate and your certificate handbook before applying. There are strict guidelines followed by each program and you may not be eligible.

NOTE: Prior Learning Assessment cannot be applied to the Certificate in Project Management.

If yes, please print and fax a copy of your submitted information with your documentation and fax to 604-822-1499. A copy of your submitted information will appear on screen when you click the submit button. You will also receive a copy via email that can be printed and faxed.
