Program Format and Curriculum

The Certificate in Web Intelligence is delivered comprehensively in six 100% online part-time courses. The program includes four required courses offered through UBC Continuing Studies, plus two elective courses offered through the University of California, Irvine Extension, for a program total minimum of six courses.

To get the greatest benefit from the Certificate, we recommend that you complete the required courses in the following order:

How to Enroll

If you are already a student in the UBC Award of Achievement in Web Analytics Program:

Complete all remaining courses required for the UBC Certificate in Award of Achievement in Web Analytics.
Submit a Graduation Request Form to UBC and indicate on the form that you would like to work toward the Web Intelligence Certificate. (This authorizes UBC to release your Program Completion Record (PCR) and contact details to UC Irvine Extension.)
Enroll in and complete your elective courses at UC Irvine Extension. You may enroll in your elective courses without being formally admitted to the certificate program.
When you have completely finished all your courses at UC Irvine Extension, submit a Request for Certificate Form (available on the UC Irvine Extension Web Intelligence Program website). There is a $125 USD Request for Certificate Fee.
